Coolibah Downs Mount Nathan Wedding …

Real Wedding at Coolibah Downs in Mount Nathan, in the Gold Coast Hinterland. Country, destination wedding. This group knows how to party! What a fun day!!!

This was not a destination wedding for me, I am a local. Angella, Josh along with their family and friends travelled from Dysart to Coolibah Downs Mount Nathan. They said they choose the venue for a few reasons, one being because of the convenience of having everything in one place.

This wedding had an country feel, make sure you take note of the awesome boots they were all in. One of the lovely bridesmaids made me laugh because I noticed that she used her boot as a phone holder – genius! Their kids played a big roll in the wedding. One of my favourite parts happened just after the couple had their first dance…. At that point Angella danced with their Son and Josh with their daughter. What a beautiful way to include the kids!

I always talk to my couples to find out what preferences they have for their wedding photos. One of Angella’s requests were clear – ‘we love our cars, so we want photos with them’ – and so we dedicated time just for some fun photos with their cars.

4 Days after the wedding the couple came into the studio to plan their storybook wedding album…. and boy is it going to be amazing! Check out my socials in the future for a preview – @follettphotography. For now though, I wanted to share a few moments!
