Greendays Bundall Wedding Photography – Real Wedding
Greendays Bundall Wedding Photography – Teaghan and Paul were married at Greendays Bundall, QLD. I met Teaghan and her mum at the ‘Your Local Wedding Guide’ wedding expo early in 2022. We hit it off straight away! I had so much fun capturing the wedding day of this great couple. I am so happy they chose me for their wedding photography.
Greenday’s Bundall is a lovely wedding venue on the Gold Coast. This was my first time photographing there. I did my homework, visiting the venue in advance to prepare photo spots as I had this photo brief… “Leah, we don’t want to be away from our guests very long and we are getting married close to sunset, leaving only 30-45mins for photos” (not a direct quote but you get the idea). Despite the smaller than standard timeframe (usually we allow 1-1.5hours for photos) we captured beautiful moments while having fun! That’s always the goal.
The entrance into reception for this couple was a little special. Because we had not done a group photo straight after the ceremony, all guests were invited onto the dance floor for a group photo at the beginning of reception. That is when Teaghan and Paul entered, walking toward a loud crown of cheering friends and family. A really cool moment to witness.
Other cool moments in this Gold Coast wedding included:
First look for grandma – she wanted to see Teaghan in her dress and then watch her son, Teaghan’s dad see Teaghan in her dress. Grandma’s face in these two moments were priceless.
Flower Grannies – Both grandmothers where the flower girls for the day. They looked to have a really great time and it was really special for the couple.
Epic Food – There was SO MUCH FOOD provided by Greenday’s. And it was delicious!! I approve!

Here is a little more about this gorgeous couple:
How did you meet? – “We met the old school way.. via Tinder!”
Tell us about the proposal… – “Christmas 2020, Paul had wrapped a massive box and put it under the tree so I thought I was getting a big present. That box was all a ruse, and when I woke up on Christmas morning Paul got down on one need and asked me to marry him”
What made you choose the specific location for your wedding? -“We wanted a low key and easy wedding, that was more of a big party with all our loved ones! A canape event at Greendays really made it easy and exactly what we were looking for.”
What did you do for your hens and bucks? – “Paul went to Topgolf and the casino, and Teaghan had a big house in Nobby’s where we made flower crowns and had a male model to sketch!”
Where did you splurge and where did you save on your wedding? – “We tried to save on as much as we could. We certainly didn’t stick to the original budget (or anywhere near it) but I know it’s going to be worth it.”
Where are you going for your honeymoon? – “We are staying at the Mouses House in Springbrook for a few nights.”
